The two paths

Swaying through difficult terrain,
Up she went and down she came,
Her poise was same,
Up to where I could see,
Travelers were less,
Not more than a couple or perhaps three!

Another path was also there,
A straighter one,
where many of my peers,
were motoring on!

I stood aside,
Surveyed the scene,
She held promise,
but if she lost sheen,
perhaps midway,
perhaps somewhere
what would I do
need I look through?

But then my sense
got better of me
or was it the other way round,
who could see?

I chose her, she the less traveled one,
and never looked back
until today.....when i realized,
Its celebration time
one year has passed!!
